• Senior elderly care professional with 2+ years’ experience managing residential care homes.
• Able to inspire and mentor teams of staff through the promotion of strong company values.
• Strong commercial and business acumen and internal and external stakeholder management.
• Experience of meeting standards provided by the CQC and local authority.
