If you are familiar with adult social care regulatory requirements and want to lead on improving standards of care delivery, this could be the role for you.
Working with a leading, high-end, elderly care provider, you will get stuck in with supporting home managers with improvement action plans and preparing for CQC inspections. Throughout the year you will carry out internal compliance assessments yourself and advise on effective care practices in all clinical areas.
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone wanting to move from a regulatory environment to a leading, luxury care provider. Or perhaps you’re working for a provider already, and want to be more hands-on across a smaller number of homes.
The Ideal candidate will need to have an in-depth understanding of CQC standards and some knowledge of CSSIW (Wales). Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a definite plus.
Furthermore, my client is a mid-sized company working across the South and is an ambitious organisation with an outstanding reputation. This role will include significant travel across the South, including Wales and there is some scope for flexible working.
