This really is an exciting time to join the Recreation and Activities team, as their sector-leading Magic Moments and Wishing Wells Programmes have now been established. Therefore, the company are now moving into the next exciting and dynamic stage of development. Whilst managing the R&A offering on a regional basis this role will assume full regional responsibility for the management of the R&A strategy and programme delivery, which consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Hence, the person who fulfils this role will add real value with their obvious passion and commitment to both residents, families and staff alike, but will have the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment with care and compassion. This role will require significant travel across an extensive portfolio of homes, so applicants should be mindful of this when applying. A company vehicle is provided within the benefits package.
