We accept candidates with a degree in any field throughout the year. All we want from you is a passion for recruitment and a willingness to learn.
Once we've received your CV, you can expect a call from one of our experts. In the call, we'll assess your skills, behaviour, and suitability for our roles. If successful, we'll move on to the next stage.
Once you've passed the call phase, we'll invite you to a face-to-face interview. In the interview, we'll talk through your CV in more detail, and further assess your skills and experience related to an Executive Search Consultant.
After the interview, we'll forward you a behaviour assessment for you to complete at home. This will allow us to further understand what drives and motivates you.
In the final stage, you will be invited to meet one of our directors and head of departments. At this phase, you will be expected to do a presentation on a topic that aligns to our core values. There will also be some recruitment related tasks for you to perform, so you can gain a deeper understanding of what will be expected of you on a daily basis.
