Once we've received your CV, you can expect a call from one of our experts. In the call, we'll assess your skills, behaviour, and suitability for our roles. If successful, we’ll then move on to the next step.
Once you've passed the call phase, we'll invite you to a face-to-face interview. In the interview, we'll talk through your CV in more detail, and further assess your skills and experience related to becoming an Executive Search Consultant.
After the interview, we'll forward you a personality assessment for you to complete at home. This gives us a deeper understand of what drives and motivates you.
In the final stage, you will be invited to meet a director and a head of department. At this phase, you will be expected to do a presentation on a topic that aligns to our core values. There will also be some recruitment-related tasks for you to perform, which will help you gain a deeper understanding of your role and responsibilities.
