This home is a modern, purpose-built home and has an exceptional local reputation, boasting a fully compliant CQC report. The role is to support the Registered Manager to lead the team to deliver the highest quality person-centred care for the residents.
Our client is a highly thought of national provider and offers a £27k salary for this attractive role.
• The role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager in elderly residential care or someone with experience leading a team in care
• Familiarity of CQC regulations and delivering person-centred care
• Excellent stakeholder management qualities and the ability to lead the home in the manager's absence
