This is an exciting and innovative new role, working alongside the CQC-registered manager. You will be responsible for all fiscal and commercial aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, budgets and improving overall profitability. You will be given support from a number of head office departments as well as the regional team.
You will have experience within the care home sector and have a proven track-record of meeting financial targets. An adaptable and flexible approach to marketing the business, including community engagement and connecting with key stakeholders, will be required.
This position would suit someone who is looking to move away from front-line care provision and focus on the operational side of the service.
Please note that, due to the unique requirements of the sector, health and social care management experience will be required.
