In partnership, we are now recruiting a Deputy Manager for one of their pioneering services that specialise in person-centred care for adults with complex needs, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism. Set amongst the idyllic countryside in Yorkshire, this service stands out amongst its competitors in the area for its desire to provide the very highest level of care for some of the most challenging service users.
This is not your average care service, nor an average job. Our client is looking for an exceptional candidate to help manage this landmark service and take responsibility for the young adults living in the service alongside the existing Home Manager.
- Level 5 Registered Managers award
- Extensive management experience within a complex needs care environment (Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Autism)
- Experience of liaising with families/commissioners
- RNLD or Social Work qualification (desirable not essential)
