Based in Leeds, St Gemma’s Hospice provides palliative and end of life care for individuals and support for families and carers. The Director of Income Generation will take up a key leadership role in a progressive, professional and collaborative organisation. Committed to the Hospice’s vision and values, the Director will inspire, motivate and empower others, building a high-performance culture across retail, fundraising and marketing.
The Hospice continually seeks improvement to facilitate the growth and development of clinical services to meet the needs of local people. Our income generation activities need to be fully aligned with this ambition. The Director of Income Generation will build long-lasting partnerships, both internal and external, communicate with and influence a range of audiences, and bring innovation to income generation at St Gemma’s Hospice.
The successful candidate will be a strong commercial leader with a record of achieving substantial income targets while driving growth and brand development. To deliver in this role you will require an extensive track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve income growth, as well as a wide knowledge and understanding of a diverse range of income streams.
