This incredible charity was set up with one aim in mind – To change the lives of children across the globe.
The work carried out by the charity will lead to an improvement in the lives of children and help with the development and promotion of best practice in family-based and trauma informed care services.
As a global CEO you will be responsible for the running and development of the newly registered charity that operates internationally in areas including Australasia, New Zealand, Europe and Japan.
You will be directly responsible for the divisional CEO’s across the world, which will involve extensive travel particularly in the early stages.
Your objectives will be to;
- Establish a series of global centres of excellence, bringing together practitioners and policy makers from a national, regional and international level.
- To establish partnerships with organisations to deliver family-based care solutions and trauma-informed services to children and their families displaced through family breakdown or forced migration.
- To establish global links with learning institutions dedicated to researching the impact of displacement on children and families worldwide.
- To build a brand, vision and mission of the foundation successfully to promote and champion family-based care globally.

The ideal candidate will have director level experience ideally with children services/third sector and must have worked internationally.
With the charity currently turning over £100m globally – With an expectation of this increasing to £200m+ in the next 5 years – We are looking for candidates who have experience with large portfolios, large budgets and a good understanding of mergers/acquisitions.
