Our position for Head of Family Support will give you the perfect opportunity. You will have a depth of knowledge which underpins theory, along with a wealth of experience in leading in professional circumstances. These factors, together with your ‘can do’ attitude will make you a perfect fit for the role.

As Head of Family Support, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of services offered by our hospice. Specifically, these include sibling support, transition, therapies, bereavement support, family events and activities. If this isn’t enough, you will also be the operational lead for safeguarding across the hospice.

Essential qualifications:

• Qualified to degree level in Health or Social Care related subject, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team.
