Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee highly acute supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals in providing the highest quality of care to vulnerable individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of supported living services, including managing budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Work collaboratively with the senior management team to ensure the delivery of outstanding care in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, risk assessments and support plans to meet the individual needs of our service users.
• Manage a team of support workers and other staff members, providing leadership, direction, and support as required.
• Ensure that all staff are fully trained and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including families, social workers, health professionals, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and manage potential risks to service delivery and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of overseeing highly complex care packages with 2 to 1 and 3 to 1 care.
• A relevant professional qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve excellent quality of care.
