Gilbert Meher Search & Selection are working in exclusively in partnership with an industry leading Health & Wellbeing organisation to find a Head of Sales. The business is on significant upward trajectory with ambitious growth plans, so they need a pro-active, professional individual to join them on the next stage of their expansion.
Implementing the sales and marketing strategy across the business to drive performance:
- Overseeing the day to day management of the Sales/Account Management team and expanding this team to suit the developing needs of the business
- Grow and develop existing and new accounts in-line with business objectives
- Developing the service offering to suit the needs of adjacent markets, to enable the expansion of market presence.
- Identifying business development opportunities as a result of market changes
- Acting as a key contact for large and new key accounts
- Setting challenging but achievable revenue targets for the sales team
- Devise marketing materials and tools to support the sales process
- Monitoring customer experience with established customers and clients
- Experience of working in a senior B2B role within the Healthcare sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth
- Experience of developing and maintain strong partnership relationships
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service to clients
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
Location: South East with national travel
Salary: £60,000.00 to £75,000.00 /year
