As the Home Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our esteemed nursing home, ensuring exceptional care is provided to residents. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
Drive continuous improvement and maintaining quality standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage the home's budget effectively.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.
Proven Home Manager experience in a nursing home.
Strong knowledge of care regulations and legislation.
