Job Description:
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the care home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents. Your leadership and clinical expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of care provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff, including nurses and care assistants.
Ensure the care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
Oversee the financial management of the care home, including budgeting and cost control.
Implement and maintain effective quality assurance and improvement processes. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team
. Continuously monitor and improve the quality of care and services provided.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
Previous experience in a management role within a care home setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents.
