Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of an award-winning national elderly care provider to recruit an outstanding Nursing Home Manager for a multi-site care home in Grantham offering dementia, residential and nursing care.
About the role:
As a Home Manager, you’ll be running the day to day operations of the home and be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care and service in this modern, purpose-built home set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The home’s team of care home professionals have a positive local reputation and there is minimal agency spend.
You will be responsible for adhering to all CQC regulations, budget management, marketing and liaising with local authorities and residents and their families and leading home visits for prospective residents.
As one of the largest homes within the company, this is a prestigious role and a potential stepping stone for candidates interested in progressing to the next stage of their career, possibly into regional or operational positions.
You will possess proven leadership and communication skills with at least 2 years’ experience managing a care home, preferably with multi-site experience. As this is a nursing home preference will be given to candidates with clinical backgrounds. However, the client is also seeking applications from residential managers with excellent commercial acumen and a proven track record.
In return the position is offering a salary up to £70k, + 8% pension and participation in an industry-leading uncapped profit-share programme which is delivering achievable bonuses upwards of 25% of salary, with a number of managers securing 100% bonuses and minimum £5k guaranteed. You will also be part of a Sunday Times Top 25 Big Companies to work for the organisation.
