Gilbert Meher are delighted to be working with a leading provider of care to people with Learning Difficulties, who are looking for an interim Home Manager for one of their Supported Living Services based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.




Role: Home Manager

Hours: Full Time

Contract Length: 3 Months with a view to extend

Rate of Pay: Up to £400 per day

Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing a home or residential service for residents with Learning Difficulties or other complex needs
  • A demonstrable record of CQC compliance as a Care Home Manager
  • Turnaround experience
  • Experience in increasing and maintaining occupancy levels within a care home
  • Track record of successfully managing a team of Social Care staff
  • Right to work in the UK
