Job Description:

Due to demand, Gilbert Meher are Working with a number of Care providers nationally, we are looking to speak to Interim Managers for a number of roles.
You will be an experienced Home Manager within the Health and Social care sector, having managed and supported teams of nurses. We are looking to speak to candidates who are looking to commit to 3-6 Month contracts and will stay away from home in paid accommodation.

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager in a care home for the elderly.
  • Experienced in Clinical governance e.g. Care plan Audits, Medication Audits and rounds, training and supporting nurses.
  • Nursing PIN (desirable)
  • Track record of successfully managing a team of Social Care staff and Nurses.
  • Right to work in the UK
