An exciting, immediate opportunity has arisen for a talented headhunter to join this leading, national, healthcare business as an internal recruiter.
With a well-earned reputation for delivering high-quality care, this company has established itself as a foremost provider of personalised care. This, in turn, ensures the dignity and independence of everyone they support.
This role requires a talented executive search researcher or headhunter and you must have experience of internal recruitment. You must be experienced in direct sourcing of candidates.
Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a track record of delivery and placements.
Furthermore, this role would suit someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions and wants the chance to prove themselves in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In return, you will be given the opportunity to work across a very wide range of vacancies covering areas such Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and even Legal and PR/Media.
