We are looking for a learning and development manager for a new position within the company.
The candidate must have experience within children services and have the ambition and initiative to work stand alone in the initial period, although you will have support from the SLT. You will then have the opportunity to build and grow your own team as the group expands.
Working with SLT, managers, HR and stakeholders, you will build on and deliver the L&D strategy, establishing clear training requirements and outcomes.
You will have a good understanding of business priorities, identifying the associated learning and development needs and determining how these can best be met – Working in accordance with Ofsted’s and CQC’s policies and procedures.
To ensure the safeguarding of children and students is paramount and at all times lead by example alongside demonstrating and embedding Ofsted’s and CQC’s core values of putting children and vulnerable adults first.
