The home has an improving CQC record and is well on the way to full compliance. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate positive impact on the residents at the home and reap the rewards of a turnaround well on its way.
Our client is a highly thought of major provider and offers excellent support and development opportunities, as well as an attractive package including a salary up to £50k and a managers bonus which can exceed £6k for meeting KPIs.
• Senior elderly care professional with 2+ years’ experience managing care homes. As this is a nursing home you must be nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Able to inspire and mentor teams of staff through promotion of strong company values.
• Strong commercial and business acumen and internal and external stakeholder management.
• Experience of meeting standards provided by the CQC and local authority.
