About the role:
As a Home Manager, you’ll be running the day to day operations of the home and be responsible for the management and leading and developing a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care and service in this modern, purpose-built home.
You will be responsible for adhering to all CI regulations, budget management, marketing and liaising with local authorities and residents and their families and leading home visits for prospective residents.
You will possess proven leadership and communication skills with 2 years’ experience managing a care home. As this is a nursing home you must have a clinical background (RGN/RMN).
In return, the position is offering a salary up to £62k + 8% pension and participation in an industry-leading uncapped profit-share programme which is delivering achievable bonuses upwards of 25% of salary. You will also be part of a Sunday Times Top 25 Big Companies to work for the organisation.
