This role is a support function across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas (High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Oxford) – it will involve working in troubled homes and supporting homes without a permanent manager. Your role will involve training and developing the existing management team and assisting them with a number of needs. It will be your responsibility to improve standards quickly and efficiently, and with lasting effect. You will be required to address homes in crisis, improving standards and addressing any issues in the CQC reports. Thus we are looking for someone who can support the existing home managers to develop their standards, instigate training plans and bring your previous professional experience to help support those new in their roles.

Experience of managing nursing homes in the past is a must. Due to the clinical requirements of many of these homes, an RGN qualification with a valid PIN would be a large benefit, although exceptional RMNs may also be considered. Multi-site experience would be a benefit for this role. It is likely that the successful candidate will be likely to progress into regional or operational management, and be instrumental in developing new services as the company grows.

The role will require you to travel across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties but it is unlikely that many overnight stays will be required. This will be recompensed through mileage and expenses, and access to a laptop, mobile phone and company credit card will also be provided.
