Job Description:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our quality management system. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines ISO 9001 and 14001.
Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
Investigating and resolving product quality issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Performing risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
Conducting supplier quality assessments and managing relationships with suppliers.
Providing training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in quality management.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Previous experience in quality engineering, preferably in the Fast pace Manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the industry.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using quality management software/tools.
