Having undergone a rapid period of growth in the last few years, the company is poised to continue its growth journey moving forward. The focus is largely residential and nursing care, supported by other types of care.
You will need to have strong experience in in-house healthcare recruitment, particularly nursing, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable on the phone and experienced at headhunting and sourcing candidates. Your patch will cover the north of England and Scotland.
If you’re looking for a new recruitment challenge, or perhaps some flexibility in how you work, this could be the role for you. This is a remotely based role with occasional travel to the head office.
As well as the basic salary, you will join the company has a rewarding commission scheme for placements made.
Candidates will ideally be based around York, Newcastle or Edinburgh to travel across the patch easily.
