Position: Regional Director
Location: Glasgow and surrounding areas
Salary: £80,000 per annum
As a Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our care operations across multiple locations. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care services to our valued residents. Your exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking will be key to fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and person-centered care within our organization.
In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to our care homes in the region
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance and implement effective operational strategies
- Proven experience as a successful leader within the healthcare or social care sector
- Strong knowledge of care regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Degree in healthcare management or a related field (preferred but not essential)
