Gilbert Meher are proud to be exclusively representing a national elderly care home provider in their search for a Regional Director to oversee their portfolio of services in Essex.

As Regional Director, you will have the operational responsibility for 10 care homes, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will provide excellent leadership to your team to ensure that all revenue and compliance targets are met or exceeded, whilst retaining the company’s core values and ethos to provide high level of care at all times. You will endeavour to increase the market presence of the company and take a leading role in the marketing of your services in the region.
You will have experience of managing a portfolio of care services. An excellent knowledge of compliance is a must, as well being able to motivate and develop staff. You will have experience of developing additional revenue streams within a healthcare business and a flair for people management and building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Strong financial management skills are essential to ensure the effective delivery of the financials targets.
