Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to join our client's team and oversee the operation of 6 care homes across the stunning Scottish Highlands. As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, while also contributing to the growth and development of our client's care network.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Lead and manage a portfolio of 6 care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across the region.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of care homes, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor home managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence in care provision.
Budget Management: Responsible for financial oversight, budget planning, and resource allocation for the region.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality improvement initiatives and oversee regulatory compliance to maintain the highest standards of care.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience:
RGN status preferred but not essential: Candidates with experience in the care sector and a strong track record of leadership will also be considered.
Proven managerial experience: Demonstrated success in managing multiple care homes or a similar multi-site role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Strategic mindset: Capable of identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the region.
Knowledge of care regulations: Familiarity with relevant care regulations and standards in Scotland.
