Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of a premium national luxury elderly care home provider to recruit an exceptional Regional Support Manager for their Yorkshire/East Midlands region.
The role will support home managers across 8 homes in the region to drive clinical and commercial performance.
Our client is a highly thought of major provider and offers excellent support and development opportunities as well as an attractive package including a £55k salary, car and corporate bonus.
• Senior elderly care professional with 2+ years’ experience managing multi-site elderly care homes.
• Strong commercial and business acumen and internal and external stakeholder management.
• Well presented professional who will exhibit the strong company values which promote delivering the highest quality care.
• Experience of leading homes to meet and exceed standards provided by the CQC and local authority.
