Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
 
Are you an experienced Registered Care Home Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care?
An established care home near Hitchin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead their 75-bed residential care service. The home provides outstanding, person-centred care, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all residents.
 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC.
• Proven experience in dementia care.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a care team.
• Experience in financial management and care planning.
• Ideally a valid Nurse Pin (though not essential).
• Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Passionate, compassionate, and driven leader with excellent communication skills.
