Job Title: Registered Home Manager (RGN Preferred)

Location: Partington, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £65,000 (Depending on Experience)

Are you a dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN), or an experienced healthcare professional looking to step into a leadership role? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as the Registered Home Manager at our large-sized nursing home in Partington.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained
  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs, in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Manage the home's budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet residents' needs
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice, promoting a safe and nurturing environment for all residents and staff
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification preferred, although candidates with relevant healthcare management experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably within a nursing home environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • A commitment to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of residents and staff
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices governing the provision of care in nursing homes
