Role: Registered Manager – Luxury Living Provider

The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of a luxury living facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, service, and quality. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and drive forward the company’s mission of providing exceptional care in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the luxury living facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for residents.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant standards, maintaining quality assurance at all times.
  • Contribute to the company’s business growth by developing strategies to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by updating policies, procedures, and systems to meet evolving needs.
