Role: Registered Manager, Residential Home
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
 
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic leader to take the reins of a well-established residential home in Gainsborough. With a longstanding Good CQC rating, a fully staffed team, and strong support from directors, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a reputable home while driving modernization and further occupancy growth.

  • Maintain and build on the home’s Good CQC rating
  • Play a key role in re-commissioning a unit into a supported living service
