This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded provider of care in the South West. Our client have numerous services spread across the South West including care homes, domiciliary care and learning disabilities supported living. They have an excellent reputation and have grown at a good rate in recent years. They are opening a new service that will offer private pay domiciliary care across the South West

Responsibilities:

– Overall management of the service, ensuring care delivered is of a high quality
– Seek out opportunities for growth, working with the operations manager
– Ensure the service scores positively in inspections with CQC
– Ensure the service is adequately staffed
– Financial management of the service

Requirements:

– Experience at registered manager level in a domiciliary care setting
– Experience and understanding of domiciliary care with a track record of delivering growth
– Private pay experience/knowledge
– Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
– Excellent leadership skills
