We are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the top Care providers in the UK. I’m looking to appoint a Registered Nurse for their home local to Bromley.

Our client is looking for qualified candidates who will be an asset to their nursing team and promote an atmosphere which enables residents to live as independently as possible.

Role: Registered General Nurse
Hours: Full time
Shifts: Days and/or Nights
Salary: £57k per annum (based on 4 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead with responsibility for clinical care in the home to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident’s care.
• Lead the clinical team 
• Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the residents needs and reflect the care being delivered.
• Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored in line with company policies and procedures and the NMC guidelines.
• Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and team members.

• Valid NMC PIN
• Update DBS check / willing to undergo a DBS check
• Experience of taking accountability for completing person centred care plans accurately and clearly
• Working to the standards set by the Regulators and by external bodies
• Experience of proactively conducting and managing Residents’ reviews taking account of the Resident or their Representatives’ needs and wishes
