Job Description

Gilbert Meher are representing a leading Senior Living provider within the US to assist with their search for two experienced Sales and Marketing coordinators.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a result oriented sales professional. The focus of the role is on internal sales for a specific senior living community. You will be responsible for increasing census levels and PR of the retirement community and overall company reputation.

The chosen candidate will be self-motivated, systems-oriented, and enjoy a fast paced working environment. You will be responsible for increasing occupancy by driving new leads and positive public awareness of the retirement community. Well-qualified candidates will have past experience in sales and have a proven track record with achieving KPI’s.
*Hours: Flexibility is required to meet the needs of residents and the community. 40 + hours/week, may include weekends and evening hours as required

Education, Knowledge and Skills

Industry knowledge and experience is helpful, but not required
Marketing and/or Public Relations within the area is helpful, but not required
Previous experience working with seniors and the general public
Strong marketing and communication skills
Self-starter and completer, with a proven track record
Treats all information regarding the community, business or residents as confidential

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
