Gilbert Meher’s Executive Search team played a crucial role to deliver a strong Q3 performance for the company, which covered assignments in February, March, and April 2021.

Gilbert Meher made two key appointments in December 2020, adding Mike Alderson and Ben Rispin to the Executive Search team. Mike has 25 years of experience in property and construction recruitment and has already established partnerships with the U.K.’s leading developers to appoint senior roles including Technical Director, Land Engineer, Group Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer.
Ben, who specialises in elderly care, complex specialist care and private equity companies in the U.K. & USA, has also contributed to the successful quarter appointing two senior leadership roles.
They join Emily Legood, Head of Life Sciences, who continued her extraordinary performance by finishing as top quarterly performer for a second time this year, and Fae Mell, who has sustained the growth of the Interim division.
