Learning & Development at Gilbert Meher
Learning and development has always been at the core of Gilbert Meher Search & Selection. As the business has grown in recent years, the portfolio of services and programmes available to the staff has increased significantly. As such, the GM Business Academy was created to ensure that all employees have the tools and resources available to them, to grow with the business and develop professionally.
Last week at Gilbert Meher, six employees graduated the 18 week-long learning program, all passing their final exam. Many thanks to Fay Filsell, the learning mentor and tutor of the course, for designing and delivering an outstanding training program.
The GM Business Academy provides a varied approach to learning for recruiters. Workshops encourage employees to learn from peers, whilst digital training technologies enhance collaboration. Perhaps most importantly, every individual has access to one-to-one, tailored coaching to accelerate their development.
The GM approach is simple: all employees are involved in a core programme upon joining the company, which grants them access to relevant education designed to develop their skill set, enabling them to master their role. Partnering with the British Institute of Recruiters, Gilbert Meher's workforce are fully accredited recruiters, ensuring quality and consistency to both candidates and clients alike.
