Salary: £45,000 per annum


About the Role: We are partnering with a distinguished client in the healthcare sector to recruit a Deputy Home Manager in Port Glasgow. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the potential for consideration of experienced nurses without deputy management experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care
• Provide clinical leadership and expertise in line with NMC guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of person-centered care
• Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Support the Home Manager in staff management and training

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Consideration given to experienced nurses without deputy management experience
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
