This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to residents, with a focus on promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication administration.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering positive relationships and promoting their overall well-being.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized care needs are met.
• Act as a mentor and role model to other care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies at all times.

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role within a care home setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and caring attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
