Registered Nurse 

We are delighted to represent our esteemed client, a leading care home provider, in the search for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse  based in Northwich. This role offers a competitive salary of £20-£21.50 per hour, depending on the experience of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse  you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular health assessments and administering medication.
• Monitoring and responding to residents' needs and emergencies.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience in Nursing and Dementia Care settings.
• Background in Social/Healthcare.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and dedicated to delivering person-centered care.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
