Our Approach


At Gilbert Meher we are dedicated to clients to ensure we take the time to listen to their needs. In the meeting, we will clarify our understanding of the role & candidate specification. To create an efficient candidate sourcing strategy Gilbert Meher will agree on an approach with the client and develop target lists of organisations to talent map. 

 

At this stage Gilbert Meher will also create candidate information packs, creative advertisements, roles and person specifications. In addition to assessment tools for competency-based interview framework; ability & personality tests.

Presenting the Shortlist


Our approach to assessments ensures the right candidate has been recruited to the role, not just in relation to their experience, but also their cultural and behavioural fit. Candidates are compared against person specification, be tested on their ability and have a psychometric assessment.

 

A Short-list presentation will be carried out, this will highlight candidates fit to the role and their development needs.

Selection


We help the candidates negotiate their exit and with any associated issues (relocation, schooling etc). We are able to offer negotiations, provide feedback to all candidates and manage the overall process to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Post completion we are able to review our clients and provide assignment analysis, market data and company perception feedback.
