Dawid is a crucial part of the team and works tirelessly to ensure that the company’s operations run smoothly. Dawid joined Gilbert Meher as part of a Business Administration apprenticeship in October 2019; the role involved setting up new starters, acting as a point of support for IT, and managing consultant data, among other responsibilities.
Dawid took the step up to operations manager in October 2020, which sees him take on more responsibilities, including company-wide analytics, in-house systems management, and systems training across the business. With Dawid’s expertise, Gilbert Meher can guarantee all stakeholders as smooth a journey through the company as possible. Graeme Dobson, Director of Operations, says:
“Dawid was the first ever employee we recruited through an apprenticeship scheme, and given how successful he has been, he won’t be the last! Dawid has grown to be an instrumental part of the business and somebody that Gilbert Meher truly couldn’t operate without. It has been a pleasure to nurture his development and his promotion to Operations Manager was very well deserved.”
Described as an ‘IT phenomenon’, Dawid is Gilbert Meher's problem-solver and tech guru, as well as the go-to for forgotten passwords – his least favourite request. Dawid is pleased with his promotion, and when asked Dawid said:
“Thrilled to be given this opportunity to progress within the business, I am looking forward to what the next chapter has in store for me in the coming years.”
