The Company:

Senior Star are a family-owned company with a passion for serving seniors.  Originally a successful real estate services firm who now focus solely on quality senior living communities providing independent, assisted and memory care services. The Challenge

The Executive Director would oversee the operations day to day functions of running a Senior Living community, including providing oversight of service hospitality, service delivery goals, and financial objectives. The Executive Director is a crucial position for Senior Star as not only is it a legal requirement to have someone in this position but they are also a key figure of leadership within each community.  Furthermore, having searched themselves for a successful candidate in this position with no result, a recruitment partner with specialist industry knowledge and a developed network was required.

The Result

A number of relevant candidates were identified and put forward for interview with the hiring manager. Within the short period of 2 weeks a candidate was chosen and offered the position thanks to a quick and responsive interview process.
