Role Overview: As a Clinical Deputy Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of high-quality care within the facility. Working closely with the Clinical Registered Manager and the wider care team, the Deputy Manager will provide leadership and support while upholding the organization's commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Clinical Registered Manager in day-to-day home management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Overseeing and coordinating care delivery, including assessments, care planning, and medication management, to meet residents' individual needs.
  • Providing clinical leadership and support to care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborating with external healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure holistic care and effective communication.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures to enhance the overall standard of care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
  • Proven experience in a similar clinical leadership role within a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in elderly care.
