Role: Deputy Manager – Clinical
Location: Sleaford
Salary: £26.50ph + Quarterly Bonus
 
I’m working exclusively on a fantastic Deputy Manager opportunity with a highly regarded care provider, offering a generous hourly rate, quarterly performance bonus, and a great working environment focused on values, support, and development.
 
This is a Clinical Deputy Manager role at a well-established, purpose-extended nursing home just outside of Sleaford. The home has a great local reputation, a stable leadership team, and provides nursing and dementia care for around 40 residents.
 
The role involves 3–4 long days (7am–7pm) per week, including alternate weekends – a full-time position that will suit an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in leadership or someone already working as a Deputy/Clinical Lead.
 
Package:

  • £26.50 per hour
  • 10% quarterly SMART bonus based on objectives

What we’re looking for:
  • RGN / RMN / RNLD
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential/nursing care
  • Confident in medication management and care planning
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
  • Passion for dementia care and person-centred delivery
  • Ideally live within 30 minutes of the home
This provider doesn’t use agency staff, has a low staff turnover, and is committed to internal progression – this could be the stepping stone to a Home Manager position in the future.
