This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership and support to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and support to the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of appropriate interventions.
• Mentor and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager and other healthcare professionals to optimize resident care outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with active NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
