Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus
A leading elderly care provider is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager for their home in Cannock. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to join a highly reputable organisation and drive continued success within an established service.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Manager experience within nursing homes is essential
- Proven history of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes
- Nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
- Strong business acumen, with a track record of managing budgets and achieving commercial targets
- Confident in marketing the service, building community relationships, and maintaining occupancy
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care at all times
The Role: The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
