Deputy Manager – Luxury Residential Care Home
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your career within a high-quality, luxury residential home? We are seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our leadership team in a large, well-established residential service in Leicester.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance are consistently met. You will lead and inspire a dedicated care team, helping to create a warm, supportive, and enriching environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager with all aspects of home operations, compliance, and governance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the care team to ensure exceptional standards of person-centred care.
- Ensure the home maintains compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals.
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance management.
About You:- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Deputy Manager within a large residential care setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a large team.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and creating a luxury living experience for residents.
