Job Title: Deputy Manager - Luxury Nursing Home

Salary: £50,000 per annum
 
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our luxury nursing home in Winchester. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
• Provide strong leadership and support to the care team, ensuring high-quality care in line with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
• Oversee care planning and assessments, ensuring individual needs and person-centred care are met.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior care role within a nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
• RGN preferred but not necessary.
