Key Information:
Location: Stow-on-the-Wold
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 (DOE)
Hours: 40 (28 supernumary, 12 on floor)

 
Your Role:
As a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with our team to ensure the seamless delivery of person-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting our dedicated team of nurses and care staff.
• Assisting in the implementation of care plans and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Conducting assessments, providing clinical guidance, and liaising with healthcare professionals to optimize resident well-being.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care.
• Acting as a role model for compassionate care and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

• To succeed in this partnership role, you will need:
• Valid nursing qualifications and current registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Proven experience in a senior nursing or managerial role within a care setting.
